This house on the border of Bed-Stuy and Clinton Hill, built in 1885, received all new mechanicals and some light structural work. All parlor woodwork was stripped, repaired or replaced with custom match, and finished with shellac. Project included acid-etched glass and stained glass, new quarter-sawn oak floors, custom matched tile, and built-ins.
