SALISBURY PARK, PHASE TWO:

complete redesign of 6 city block area.  design work included street, site monument design, site design, re-zoning, vacation plats, plat work, coordination with 4 other consultants, federal & state financing and close coordination with the City of Saint Louis.

Project has closed and is under construction.  Completion is slated for August 2007.
