Instead, I’m linking to Rebecca’s post on her Honest Meat blog. You’ll find great reading at Honest Meat, because Rebecca is in the trenches, raising animals that are actually fit to eat, and teaching people like me (who have no experience raising animals for food) all about what’s right and what’s wrong with current livestock production issues. Wish I lived closer to her farm; I’d definitely be a loyal customer. I’m happy to learn from her wisdom, though. “Book learning” has its place, too.
