Underground Wellness Radio with Sean Croxton

You may have seen Sean Croxton’s Underground Wellness YouTube clips.  If not, be sure to check them out.  Scott Kustes of Modern Forager (now Life Spotlight) featured a blog post with one of Sean’s YouTube clips last summer.  I especially like the ones where he talks about fruit juice.

Well, turns out Sean is a local SD guy.  I met him one day last month in the local Henry’s Marketplace in North County.  I didn’t remember him from the video right away, but when we struck up a lively lively conversation about real and traditional food, not fearing natural and nourishing fat, and the food-health connection, Sean mentioned his radio show and the YouTube videos.  Bingo!  It really is a small world sometimes.

Sean’s a really dynamic guy with lots of insight to share about food, nutrition, and health.  Be sure to check out Sean Croxton's Underground Wellness radio show, especially the episode coming up tonight.

Sean’s guest will be Chris Masterjohn, who writes well-researched articles about cholesterol, fats, and their connection to health for his own website and for the Weston A. Price Foundation.  The online radio show is broadcast at tonight at 8:00 PM EST, 7:00 PM CST, 6:00 PM MST, and 5:00 PM PST. This is the URL: http://www.blogtalkradio.com/UndergroundWellness .  Listen up!
Update:
Oops, sorry, I didn’t realize I read the notice about the radio show a day too late.  The show was last night.  Drat!  I didn’t see the Daily Lipid post in my Google Reader yesterday at all (hmmm, did the feed not come through?), but I should have paid closer attention to the date when I read it this morning.  So sorry about that; lesson learned.  But today Chris put up on the Daily Lipid some links and references for topics covered in the show.
Cheeseslave tells me just go to iTunes and subscribe to the Underground Wellness Podcast -- it will download the show for you.
Food Renegade is much more computer-savvy than I - she has embedded the audio file on her blog.  Note to self - make an Apple One to One appt to learn how to embed video and audio files.
