I just watched Garden State again. What a great movie. I have to say I was quite impressed with Zach Braff's performance. I was then surprised to find out that he also wrote and directed it. This is definitely a movie to watch over and over. You get so much more out of it that way. Having known people suffering from (and medicated for) depression, I could understand the transformation from numbness to life. The soundtrack is amazing, too. It got me hooked on Coldplay, Theivery Corporation, Frou Frou and a bunch of others. (Yes, I know I'm a bit behind the times. ).
