ABOUT THE PORTSMOUTH LOCATIONS:

323 Court Street: This is a Residential area.  Park in front of 323 on Court Street. Then walk along the

right side of the home. Through the gate. And the entrance is in the rear of the house. Props are

provided in both Portsmouth Locations

Middle and High Street location:  This is commercial and residential. It is also my home. We have

turned a room into a yoga space. Props are provided.  The entrance to the upstairs (first floor is the

COFFEE SHOP) is on the Middle Street side of the house.

Meditation Class in Portsmouth Va.

                      "Meditation is the art and practice of being present for your life."

As meditative awareness is both the ground and fruition of our practices,this class will offer both guided instruction outlining the basic tenets of the process of mindfulness as well as techniques that support concentration and balance to the energy flows in the body. Tools will be given that are necessary to begin and continue this essential practice of concentration and inquiry.
