Fulton Landing Inc. has extensive experience in the renovation and construction of apartments and townhouses in the New York City area as well as in upper New York State and Vermont.
Tim Crowley, formerly president of noah + david construction, began his construction career as a union carpenter in 1968. He has a BA from the University of Vermont, a Masters degree from the Art Institute of Chicago and a degree in photography from the Academy of Fine Arts in Carrara, Italy
Their educational backgrounds inspire an appreciation for architecture in general and an understanding of quality building methods, materials and detailing.
The company has completed commissioned projects recently for Epoch Films, NIKE, New Line Cinema, The Cooper Union, the Museum of Modern Art, Virgin USA and Pace Galleries.
FLI has also completed several residential projects which include Townhouses and Lofts in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Fulton Landing’s principals have educational backgrounds in the fine arts and have over sixty years of construction experience collectively.
Russ Wadhams, president of Fulton Landing is a graduate of Pratt Institute and NYU’s construction management program. He has been actively involved in construction projects in New York City since 1974.
