Although we’ve not yet had a ‘sweater day’ . . . we are having ‘sweater mornings’. . . . & I’ll take those! Here in southern Arizona - we will never know the kind of weather that brings about the beauty in the photo above - but when a friend sent me an e-mail entitled “When God Paints a Picture”, I just had to save a few of the photos to look at from time to time to remind me that autumn is happening. . . even if not here.

Oh in about a month we will get a tree or two change colors (& they really stand out here!), but mostly autumn tip-toes by here - trying to hide from view. This time of year is hardest for me - because after living in Minnesota for several years - this became my favorite time of year - visiting the apple farms, taking long walks surrounded by the vibrant colors. . . Sigh. . . good memories.
