During your experience at Fourteenth Avenue Salon & Day Spa, you will enter a new dimension of relaxation and personal attention. Whether you are here for stress reduction, or the latest styles, our objective is to maintain a healthy and beautiful you!

To ensure your comfort, please feel free to bring a swimsuit or wear undergarments for spa treatments. Because of our respect for your comfort and modesty, careful draping is always observed. Robes and gowns are provided for your use in the spa, as well as lockers for storage of your personal belongings. Please leave all valuables at home, as Fourteenth Avenue Salon & Day Spa and staff will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.

In order to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, we discourage you from bringing children under the age of sixteen to the salon & spa, unless they are receiving services. We also ask that you please turn off your cell phones while visiting the salon & spa.

To ensure that you receive the greatest benefit from your spa visit, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.  Should appointment cancellation be necessary, please give a minimum of 24 hours notice for single services.

If you are running late for an appointment, a phone call is appreciated.  Your arrival time will determine the length of the service you receive.  Services will end at the time originally scheduled so the next guest may begin on time.  The normal price of the service will remain unchanged.  In some instances, late arrivals may not be accommodated and may need to be rescheduled.
