Portraits of individuals always have a fascination to them, and when with another (such as a family member, as these are) a new dimension is added to the work.

Most of these were taken on assignment from Sterling Publishing, Inc., a division of Barnes & Noble, for a series called “Life’s Little Big Moments.” Many of these shots can be found in the books titled  “Sisters,” “Fathers & Daughters” and “Grandmothers & Grandchildren.”
