2 Truths and a Lie

So I thought I would do something fun today. I don’t know how many readers I have these days since I’ve been MIA for most of the month, but here’s a little something upbeat. I’ll post 2 truths and a lie for each member of our family....we’ll see how many people can correctly guess the lies. Ready?
Lola:
1. Lola’s teeth are coming in in the wrong order. She has her bottom teeth and next should be her top two, but she’s got her canines coming through instead. She’s going to be Vampire Baby.
2. Our little Lola, who wore size 0-3m clothing until she was 5 months old, is now, at the ripe ol’ age of 9 months, wearing 12m clothes! She skipped several sizes almost overnight.
3. Lola has never laughed. Not a giggle, not a belly laugh, not a one.
Kinhly:
1. Kinhly has started seriously preferring women over men. Not only is she all about mommy most of the time, but she would even rather listen to women singers. When we listen to the radio in the car, she makes me scan around until we find a female singer, then if that song is proceeded by a man, we must change the channel.
2. Unlike Lola, Kinhly is NOT growing as quickly at almost 4 year olds she is still wearing dresses that were bought for her before her homecoming in 2006 - when she was newly 2 years old!!
3. Turning out to be just like her brother, Kinhly’s first English word was “Spiderman”.
Diesel:
1. Little D has become obsessed with money. He’s just over 5.5yo now and is willing to just about anything to earn a buck. Last night, as a matter of fact, he cleaned the livingroom and then requested that we start a “chore-chart” so that we could keep track of his earnings.
2. For next school year Diesel had his pick of 3 local Kindergartens - 2 charter schools and our local public school. The other kids in his preK class entered a million charter school lotteries but we never heard a one that got in - not a one! Diesel on the other hand, got into both lotteries that he entered.
3. Diesel talks in his sleep. Big time. It’s often that Diesel will wake us up in the middle of the night having arguments in his sleep.
Matt:
1. Matt is a total hippy. He believes that a utopian society is possible and that it is totally what this world needs. He always says that he is the optimist and I am the realist because I know that the utopian thing would just never work.
2. There are 2 tattoos on Matt’s arms, one on each forearm, that are pin-up girls. Clothed, even if minimally, the kids are in LOVE with them. Kinhly calls one of them mommy (she’s a brunette), and the other one, daddy’s girlfriend (she’s a blond.)
3. Matt has two hates in this world: video games and scary movies. He hates video games because they’re always wrong. They all get together between the factory and our house to conspire how they can get him to mess up. It’s always the games that are wrong. He hates scary movies because they freak him out...
Nicole:
1. I love romantic comedies. I couldn’t wait to see Sex and the City and when I did, I teared up - 3 times!
2. I really do not like fruit flavored desserts. If it’s fruit, it’s just not dessert to me. No tarts, no fruit flavored ice-cream, no raspberry filled cakes....they just don’t do it for me.
3. I can’t remember the last time I read a whole book from front to back. I just don’t find many books that keep my interest that long.

On another note quick note, I’m fairly certain that I failed my big Math test. I will know for sure in 4 weeks....
