Studio Spaces For Rent

All studios are in the Fortress building, 34 –38, Provost Street, London, N1 7NG.  The Fortress also contains 2 large rehearsal rooms, storage cages and a large recording studio facilities.  There is also a bar & cafe area and access to a roof terrace during summer months.

1. Studios
There are currently 11 studio spaces available for monthly rental. All of the studios are fully sound proofed and have access to off street parking, near-by tube and BR transport links. All have access to toilets, kitchen and shower facilities.

2. Security
Tenants have 24-hour access to the building. It’s entrance is protected by a steel door with both Yale and Chubb locks. The area is surveyed by CCTV camera.
Each studio is double Chubb locked with entry phone access. At the end of each corridor there are additional entry-coded access doors. All security measures comply with reputable musical equipment insurance companies.
There are no service charge or hidden charge. Building insurance and electricity cost are included.

3. Leases
The minimum term of lease is one month with one month deposit returnable at the lease end.  Price is vary from studio to studio.  Rent is payable monthly.  Small discounts are available for 3 or 6 months advance payments.

4. Parking
The Fortress has 2 parking permits from the council and there are a couple of car parks near by.
