Celilo Village article added to essays

We just added an amazing article in the Essays section from Indian Country Today that was published back in 2004. It’s about Celilo Village as it is today and what’s being done to help restore this former center of commerce, culture, and society.

“On a 31-acre strip of land between Interstate 84 and the river's basalt cliffs, a mish-mash of campers, shanties, dilapidated houses and broken-down boats form the Celilo village of today.”
