Our passion is to see people come to know Jesus Christ in a real way and be added to a local church. Both David and Gail became Christians in 1989 and have been involved in building the local church ever since, either as  volunteers, or full-time church workers.

We have helped to establish orphan sponsorship programmes, sports projects, community health education projects, agricultural programmes, associations, clubs etc...

David loves to make people better at what they do... individuals, groups, organisations, churches and communities. sustainable and participatory community development in poor and vulnerable communities.

We are from the UK, we lived in Cambodia from 2001 till 2009, David and Gail are UK trained nurses, and they have 4 children, Hannah, Ethan, Esther and Luke.
