Fiona Kam Meadley was born in Malaysia and lives and works in Gloucestershire, England. She studied law and worked in Africa and Asia for fifteen years as a development worker, an experience which informs her artistic practice. She works with video and participatory processes.
She initiated War & Peace 06 and 07, a touring programme of artists’ films, with discussions, exploring the links between conflict, freedom and justice.

Free or Fair?a contemporary art intervention for Human Cargo, an exhibition at Plymouth City Museum and Art Gallery, curated by Zöe Shearman.
Bowls is a commission for Hybrid for their exhibition Fragment at Hotel du Vin in Birmingham in January 2008.
