These gentle yoga classes are designed specifically for the becoming mother and include exercises to build strength, stamina, and poise. Our classes also include Birth Skills drawing on traditional yogic and Ayurvedic tools.


Perfect for new mothers and experienced mothers alike. Relax & Renew classes are a deeply nourishing and nurturing work in and are an ideal way to start back into yoga after pregnancy and birth.


Mummy & Me classes are designed to give you a good stretch and help rebuild core strength and stability. These classes are a great way to share the joy of yoga with your little one and meet other new mums.

Chi Balls are brightly coloured squishy balls that symbolise each of the seven major energy centres (Chakras) of the etheric or energy body. Chi Balls add another dimension to your regular yoga practice by allowing you to move more deeply into poses and by offering a meditative focal point (drishti) for the mind. A fun flowing and deeply re energising class!


This two hour workshop will leave you feeling nourished and well rested. Restorative yoga includes well supported poses that offer us the ability to linger longer and savour the feeling of peace, stillness and serenity. These workshops are held throughout the year on Sunday afternoons. Check ‘What’s New’ for the next workshop.


This six week course is suitable for novice meditators through to experienced practitioners. Classes are designed to enhance relaxation, healing, creativity, and intuitive parenting skills and will cover a range of contemporary meditation and visualisation techniques.
