Hoynacki Kettle Korn

Hoynacki Kettle Korn is NOT popcorn! Popcorn kernels are used with 100% vegetable oil, in a large kettle under a propane flame. As it heats up the sugar is added to the cooking kernels. It continues to cook until the fun of the popping corn fills the kettle. It is then, tossed into the waiting bucket and popcorn salt is added. Stir to cool a bit, then bagged and ready to eat! The whole process takes about 5 minutes! A picture says 1,000 words!
