We gather with our global village to celebrate the 2008 United Nations International Day of Peace and the 2008 United Nations International Day of Non Violence. (This Circle was specially convened earlier (14 - 18 July, 2008), to honour and recognize global elders Grandmother Marks (born 14 July, South America) and Grandfather Mandela (born 18 July, South Africa)).
In this meditation, we hold a gentle space of Lightness of Being, Courage and Possibility to nurture the global rising awareness of the wisdom of peace and non violence, and so support the endeavors of The Elders, the Thirteen Indigenous Grandmothers and others like them all across the planet.
10 - 13 October, 2008
We fly next to the White House to meet Eli Painted Crow, Turtle Women Rising and the Thirteen Indigenous Grandmothers for an event called Heartbeat for Peace. On the fourth day of the event, the Grandmothers Council will ‘come together to sing to the Earth Mother, in order to create peace’.
In this meditation, we envision a calm space of Peace, Possibility and Light surrounding the Thirteen Indigenous Grandmothers, Eli Painted Crow and all those drawn to the White House on those days both consciously and ‘by accident’.
A Special Circle: We Speak Your Name

We join global citizens all over the world doing a GuluWalk in their local cities and communities to support the night commuters ~ the invisible children of Northern Uganda.
In this meditation, we link hearts with the children of Acholiland as compassionate witnesses. And we hold a gentle space of Possibility, Fresh Perspectives and Love to support their healing at all levels, a space in which the authentic intent of Earth Angels gathering today and everyday, may manifest and flourish. For this meditation, we will be using, with permission, the real names of five Ugandan invisible children: Grace, Sunday, Emmy, Roseline and Innocent. The meditation’s soft intention of love is for each of them, and for all of the thousands of invisible children that they represent.
7 - 9 November, 2008
We travel finally to Barcelona to celebrate with the first European Human Forum as they shift into action as individuals and as a connected humanity to create wisdom solutions for the pressing issues of our global village.
In this meditation, we hold a vibrant space of Light, Vitality and Possibility for these change agents in Barcelona, and ourselves, a space in which visionary wisdom solutions may nucleate and crystallize, ready to become tangibles as we shift into action to create a heart-centered world and a future fit for all.
