'Peace cannot be given; it must be created in the hearts of the living.

We cannot demand Peace, we can only become it.

We cannot fight for Peace, we can only live it.'

- Eli Painted Crow

Think from the end.  Start with the premise that peace is possible.

- Inspired by Wayne Dyer

Gently get into a quiet, meditative Soul Space of healing power.

Breathe and be still.

Softly, we hold a simple intention

Of peace

first, inner peace

We see ourselves surrounded by the gentle light of wisdom

a light that grows in beauty and intensity and cocoons us in pure tranquility...

next, peace within our global village

...and breathing deeply we fall into our HeartSpace wellspring of understanding and compassion

and in response, the light expands effortlessly across the globe

wrapping the village in soft vibrations

Of beauty and love

We see HeartSpace awakenings,

and a rising awareness of the heartbeat of peace, and,

Of Oneness...

then, peace with Mother Earth

~ the land, the oceans, the air, and with

those that slither and crawl, the four-leggeds, the winged, those that swim ~

...and acting as one, we rise together as aware vibrations of peace

and hold the light for Mother Earth

We see the light bathing our Earth, and the hologram of her recovery being anchored

so beginning our global wisdom journey experiencing the harmony and ease

Of conscious, interconnected living!

As always, please feel free to modify this peace-poem/prayer/vision or to use your own.

Heartbeat for Peace

Eli Painted Crow and others are Turtle Women Rising, rising to answer the call for help from Mother Earth.  Heartbeat for Peace is their answer.  They will gather on the Ellipse in front of the White House to link hearts, to sound the drum and to 'hold the energy of peace'.

Note: Turtle Island is the name First Nation peoples call the lands that are now known as America and Canada.
