On Memorial Day we took a morning trip to Harpers Ferry, WV which is just 30 min down the road from us.  It has a National Park along the Shenandoah and Potomac Rivers with sweeing moutains/hills on the coast.  The town also has a railway which is still in use (MARC train leaves from there, with a direct to DC).  Lots of history to be had as well - as this town was lively back in civil war days and dates all the way back to Lewis and Clark expeditions.  And Oh my it’s so scenic!!  Enjoy the photos...more to come in MAY photo page.
