A Case Of Faith Ministries (ACOFM) was incorporated as a Canadian charity in 1998.  However, its work actually began in June 1985 after its founders, Revs. Kees and Faith Tengnagel, graduated from Bible school and pioneered the first church that same year. 

ACOFM has three primary objectives:

1.     First, to pioneer new churches founded on the Word and Spirit of God.  Each church is to serve as a pillar and foundation of the truth for the saints of God.  There, they are to be fed with knowledge and understanding to equip them for the work of the ministry.
   

2.     Second, to convert God's people from the religions and traditions of man to the uncompromising Word of God that they may walk by faith, pleasing God (Romans 1:17; Hebrews 11:6) and be led by the Spirit of God (Romans 8:14).
   

3.     Third, to function as a ministerial organization and to license and ordain the ministers of the churches pioneered by the Tengnagels.  Also, to provide credentials for any other five-fold ministers that are in agreement with ACOFM’s Tenets of Faith and who desire to make application for membership.
   

In addition to pioneering new churches in Canada and the U.S. itself and the continual oversight of those churches, ACOFM has been instrumental in assisting other pastors in starting their churches and traveling ministers and missionaries with their ministries.  In fact, ACOFM has been contacted by pastors and ministers as far away as Europe and and Africa requesting help to start a new church or ministry in North America.  ACOFM has also assisted other pastors and ministers with their existing churches and ministries. 

As part of its divine mandate, ACOFM ministers in local churches with emphasis on subjects such as true Bible faith and divine healing and conducts Holy Spirit seminars that deal with matters pertaining to and of the Holy Spirit.
