The event
The event is organized by cultural association Sconfinarte and Tolkieniana Net with cultural association Eldalie, I Pomeriggi Musicali orchestra, Sinfonica Tolkieniana orchestra, cultural group Bolgeri from Milano, cultural association Granburrone and Associazione Romana Studi Tolkieniani.
The program comprehends a popular part, articulate in several times with different features throughout morning and afternoon; a cultural part with a round table with participation of Quirino Principe, Gianfranco de Turris and others; a musical part especially centered on evening's symphonic concert in which will be played parts of Howard Shore's "Lord of the Rings" soundtrack and other pieces of Middle-earth inspiration.
Afternoon access is free. Tickets for morning (concert rehearsal) and for Symphonic Concert can be purchased to the box-office according to the terms of payment explained in the Programme page (see the page online) or by means of the form on the same page: see related icons below.
The event springs among the ones related to the Tolkieniana Net Festival (see the menu at the top the page), this year at his 2nd edition
