It All Started When...
Estate Homes started in 1978 by Tom & Mary Leary. The business is still family owned and operated , carrying on small business values on a large ticket purchase- your family home!
Over the years, the homes have changed. Starting with 12’x 60’ singles (and back farther- 8’ x 38’), Estate Homes has grown through this evolution to what is now state of the art housing in “modular” style . Let your imagination set your limits!
Homes can still be affordable housing- which was the root of this industry (remember the Ford Model A- “any color as long as it is black”) or upscale housing built indoors in many sections (modular) with vaulted ceilings, open lofts, whirlpool baths, walk through closets, central vacuum systems, stainless appliances, skylights and solartubes, T-shaped, L-shaped, 2 and 3 story, cape cod, raised ranch, contemporary or farmhouse- You name it , we can get it....and if we can’t, we’ll let you know!
So just as the “factory built” car industry has changed from one model in black to it’s multi colored , multi-styled automobiles of today, so has our industry- and I must say , even better and faster than Detroit. Try moving a door or window or stretching an entry level auto- Good Luck! They can’t- we can!
