I’m so glad that you have dropped by the new website and the Blog. (Humbly, I’m calling my site “The Blog.”) In the new website you can find out more about Deep Creek Baptist Church and keep track of what’s going on in the church’s life. You can sign-up for many of the church’s events, reserve tickets for the productions, read the church newsletter, give online and listen to the sermons and worship services. Though the site is still a work in progress, with running changes planned; the new website will bless the church.

In the blog I will be able to keep you up-to-date on things Ernie and church, and share with you thoughts on my passions including church, theology, good music, politics, baseball, golf, and of course, my family.

The new website is state-of-the-art and the labor of nearly a year. I want to thank Ricky Williams and Barb Rice for their hard work and skill in developing the site. For much of the concept I want to thank…well, modesty prevents me…well, okay, thank me very much.
