Hier, c’était le spectacle de fin d’année de la Fred Academy et les élèves de chaque discipline (claquettes, danse classique, Jazz,...) présentaient les chorégraphies apprises aux différents cours. Mes élèves ont donc dansé une pièce de Bharata Natyam. Un beau challenge et un joli succès auprès du public; j’en parlerai plus tard car je n’ai pas encore d’images à vous montrer...
Par contre, j’ai fait une super découverte au niveau musique... Ma copine Karine, le prof de Jazz de l’école, a monté une chorégraphie sur un morceau absolument incroyable: “Ramalama Bang Bang” de Roisin Murphy.
Je ne connaissais pas cette artiste et après quelques recherches sur Google, j’ai appris qu’elle avait été vocaliste du groupe Moloko et qu’elle avait deux albums à son actif. Je me suis empressé de les télécharger via iTunes, je n’ai pas encore eu le temps de les écouter mais voici deux vidéos de “Ramalama Bang Bang”.
La première est une prestation de Roisin Murphy lors du festival “Lowlands” et la seconde est une vidéo réalisée par un fan avec des images d’une pub de Bravia. Je la publie uniquement pour que vous puissiez entendre le titre original de l’album. Et en bonus, les lyrics de ce bijou auditif ;-)
