Energize has many things to offer including Private Tuition in Dance & Fitness and Medal Examinations with the  U.K.A./I..D.T.A.  We teach dance & fitness in schools, colleges, and university’s too.

Energize has one aim to keep one step ahead by educating, teaching and promoting all the latest dance and fitness techniques in a fun & friendly environment.

Energize has 5 Studio’s, Party Room, Beauty Room, Spray Tan Room, Nails Department, Shop and a Blue Bistro Bar where you can relax and taste our delicious Cappuccino's, Latte's, Hot Chocolate etc.  (you can call in for a coffee at anytime). We also have a Shop where you can purchase the Energize Uniform.

We have a Beauty Department, Nail Department, Semi-Permanent Make-up and  Botox and  fillers , also Spray Tan, and Children Parties.
