The Mentor speaks
“As you raise your energy this will merge these two forms and it will form a sacred geometry naturally.

“This is a different type of meditation where we use our imagination and thought process to realize universal peace and higher consciousness.  As you do this meditation, you will see the elements of the healing star of peace emerge before you.  Now I will speak the seven points of the inner journey of the peacemaker. As I speak each aspect, I will guide you to the seat of the meditation for each of the seven points and you will use your imagination and thought processes to amplify each point.  This will help you to understand more deeply the meaning of the healing star of peace.  When you have completed one aspect you may then move on to the next.  As you click on each stone in the healing star, I will show you different meditation practices.”

“Being for peace is like the presence of a giant mountain.  When we are with this presence we find serenity and calm.  In the same way, if we embody the presence of peace within and live with it, then we become peace.  Now take as much time as you need to meditate on being for peace.”

“Creating for peace is like the power of art. Art can transform the ordinary stone and stick into the most beautiful form of creation which can inspire all of humanity.  Now take as much time as you need to meditate on creating for peace.”

“Speaking for peace is like playing the most beautiful music which can affect and transform other people’s minds and hearts.  In the same way, speaking for peace is a sound vibration which carries the higher quality of truthfulness, gentleness and caring.  And in this way,  speaking for peace carries the powerful inner transformation.  Now take as much time as you need to meditate on speaking for peace.”

“Acting for peace is like walking. When you take each step, you become closer to your destination.  In the same way, when we truly engage ourselves with the body, mind and soul working for peace, then this action holds the power to bring peace closer to actualization. Now take as much time as you need to meditate on acting for peace.”

“Feeling for peace is like watching a plant because you have watered the plant it helps the plant to grow. In the same way, feeling for peace is like nurturing our heart so that love and compassion may grow within us. It is as simple as that. Now take as much time as you need to meditate on feeling for peace.”

“Giving for peace is like sharing a kind smile.  When you share something of what you have, this very act of giving and sharing has the power of transformation and of bringing happiness and peace to others and to yourself.  Now take as much time as you need sharing for peace.”

“Thinking for peace is like churning milk to make butter.  When you churn the milk the butter comes out.  The butter already exists in the milk but if you do not churn it, the butter will not reveal itself.  In the same way, the potential for peace exists within us and thinking for peace will help reveal it. Now take as much time as you need to meditate on thinking for peace.”
