Elyse R. Kaplan has been working for attorneys in a variety of facets for approximately two decades.  Her greatest percentage of time has been spent with clients preparing their estate related documents.

She has recently been commissioned by The State of Florida and appointed by the governor to serve the public as a Notary Public.  Elyse’s responsibilities include acting as an impartial witness during execution of documents as well as to witness and certify the authenticity of other witness signatures.

Elyse is the President of Estate Protection LLC., and is an active member in both The National Notary Association and her Coral Springs and Parkland communities.
