I can’t believe it’s been a week since i’ve put anything in here. We’ve been in classes for just about a week now, and we are sure feeling the stress pile on. Crystal will do her first Bible study in Spanish tomorrow in her language class. She’s working hard and I’m really proud of her for being so diligent in her Spanish this trimester.

Initially I was going to sit out of language class this tri and just use a tutor as I thought it would be a better opportunity for me, but after getting started I changed my thoughts and am now enrolled in a grueling conversation class as well. I will have quite a few larger projects, the first coming up in about two weeks from now where I will give a Bible study for one hour. That will be a huge stretch for me as I don’t believe i have ever done that in English, so doing it in Spanish should be...interesting! But it will stretch me and that’s what I need right now.

Final thought for the night before I put this tired Spanglish mind to bed. I’ve been talking a bit about this year and our renewal from the past.

One of our necessities for this year is about 15% in additional monthly support. We moved here last year being a bit low and knowing that we were going to stretch ourselves and learn some faith. We have made this a matter of prayer for some time now and would like you all to do the same. Please pray for God’s provision of this final part of our support. Pray that God will give us wisdom as to how to go about seeking this additional support.
