Apartment Ginestas.
A three floor village house adjoining a main house which is described on the Bed and Breakfast page.
With a total area of 85 square meters this house has been totally restored to provide a comfortable two bedroom property with up-to-date materials and equipment.

Ground Floor.
A private entrance leads to a small lobby for coats and other items. To the left of the lobby is a laundry room with a washing and drying machine, a small sink, w.c., and a hot water and central heating gas boiler.
On the right is a staircase to the 1st floor.

First floor.
The staircase leads into an open plan area which traverses the house from front to back. The head of the staircase arrives in the kitchen area with a window and a large work surface passing under the original farmhouse chimney. The work surface incorporates a dishwasher, gas hob with extractor, electric oven and a full size fridge with freezer. Adequate cupboards and draws are installed under the work surface. Over the work surface two glass fronted cupboards store sufficient cutlery and materials for six people. A microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle and kitchen knives and utensils are provided.
A small walk in cupboard provides additional storage place.

The kitchen is followed by a dining area with place for 6 people.

A wide window at the back, overlooking the garden, provides adequate light into the lounge area which has a settee and easy chairs. A television is installed with a TNT tuner (20 French channels) , DVD player, radio with CD player and WiFi.

Second floor.
A staircase leads from the lounge up to a small corridor with a fitted wardrobe and a bathroom with bath/shower, washstand and w.c.
Each side of the bathroom are two bedrooms, one with a double bed the other with two single beds.

A garden at the back of the house has a terrace, lawn, flower beds and trees which provide shadow during the summer months. Garden tables and chairs are provided,
