This listserver is a moderated e-mail-based forum, giving students in the Archaeological Geology Division (AGD) of the Geological Society of America (GSA) a way to interact professionally and socially.  It allows students in the division to get to know one another, share information about awards and funding opportunities, organize field trips and sessions, connect at conferences, sell books, vent frustrations, and talk about other subjects subscribers would like to discuss.  Hopefully subscribers will find the list both useful and enjoyable, and the moderator welcomes suggestions or comments.  This is a moderated listserver, meaning that subscribers and all posts are approved by the list moderator, Ellery Frahm (frah0010@umn.edu), to prevent spam and abuse.
