Elka Knits
Just a fast note today~ last night as I wound some sock yarn to relieve myself of war duties I realized it was almost Socktober time. Why have I not heard any rumblings about this annual event so far? We are talking next week people. Not that I really participate. I so do not play nice with others. I join an along and thats it kaput! I’m out. I always have good intentions but I really just need somebody to crack the whip and keep me good. And, woe is me, there are no whip crackers around.
Anyway checking Lolly’s site I see she is doing socktoberfest again this year but not having official sign~ups. I shall try valiantly to knit up 2 wicked pairs of socks come Socktober. This would be my annual sock knitting quota btw. Still in the spirit of the season....
