Slow down, catch up, give your eyes a break from the flickering of the tv & computer monitor, read a good book, do some gardening, spend time with your loved ones, cook a nice meal... there are so many wonderful things to do without technology!

Rules.

1. Take one day off from technology each week.  I’m not saying don’t drive or cook on the stove or anything so drastic.  Just step away from the computer, the tv, the video games, the madness of pretty much all the flickering stuff built since the 50s... Slow down, spend quality time doing things that matter to you.  And do this on any day of the week that works for you.

2.  Write about it on your blog if you can.  If you don’t want to write about it, that’s ok.  But make sure to do #3. 

3.  Make sure to leave a comment here saying you’re participating.  (There’s also a little doo-dad below you can plop into your sidebar.)

4.  On March 31st, I’ll post my thoughts about what I’ve been up to on my Technology Free Days, and I’ll decide whether or not to continue to take a day off.  I will also peruse your blog posts, and write about your reflections while participating in the Challenge.
