Laura at Urban Hennery proposed this challenge back in October, to help keep us all motivated to eat locally during the winter months.  There are a few rules, but the main one is to eat at least one 90% local meal each week and post about it.  Matt and I have added a more strict set of rules for ourselves.  Essentially, we will eat an average of at least 90% local ingredients, with 50% from our garden, for every meal.

The challenge continues until April.  If you’d like to join, head on over and sign up!
