InterAlia, a group exhibition of contemporary art took place in Chelmsford, the County town of Essex in January 2008. Emerging and established artists based in the County were asked to respond to the theme of  ‘Communication’ in its broadest sense, based on the links Chelmsford has with Marconi, the pioneer of wireless communication.

The exhibition was held in an empty shop unit in High Chelmer Shopping Centre in Chelmsford, and ran for two weeks.
