Pattern can be used for both applique (fusable or otherwise) and stitcheries.

For a stitchery simply trace about the finished picture with watersoluble pen then sew. For a fused applique trace pieces onto fusable web (paper side), fuse to selected fabrics, trim, remove paper backing, position and iron. Draw or stitch facial details. We’ve added a real ribbon bow.
