From Hwy 281 drive east on Hwy 46 for 4.7 miles, through the stoplight at Smithson Valley Road, take the first right on Crest Haven (Cedar Hill on Mapquest and Yahoo Maps), follow 1 mile around to Ridge Creek Lane and turn right, then 1 mile and St Jude's Ranch entrance is on your right.
