October 13th-14th: Beach, Fog, and Woods

On Saturday 13th, I wanted to go to the city to photograph around, but I made the mistake of taking Highway 1 along the ocean, and forgot that the Half Moon Bay Pumpkin Patch Festival was happening this weekend. The traffic jam was too much, In 40 minutes I believe I didn't complete a 1/4 mile driving, so I canceled my trip to the city and drove around the beach towards Santa Cruz. At the end, I found a new beach with a lot of potential (I am still waiting for cloudy sunsets in the coast). Sunday Morning I decided to go to the city, and then head to Muir Woods National Monument, as it has rained for a couple of days, and the day was foggy to provide really good lighting to photograph in the woods. I hiked for 4 hours, but I'm happy because it was really nice. I don't think the photographs really pay respect to the beauty that it is Muir Woods.
