Ronald Wallace, General Manager, has a Bachelors of Science degree in culinary arts from Johnson & Wales University. Ron has been with Quidnessett for more than 20 years. Previously he has been our Executive Chef since 1992. In addition to his responsibilities for the entire club’s operation, Ron also oversees the growth of the facility and leads the experienced team of staff members.

Carole Temple, Assistant General Manager, has a Bachelors of Science degree in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University where she became an instructor upon her graduation.  Prior to becoming the Assistant General Manager, Carole was the Banquet Sales Manager and has been with Quidnessett since 1985.

Robert McDonnell, Executive Chef, has developed and continues to perfect extremely varied menus. His highly trained and professional team plans special and unique menus for Quidnessett’s members as well as banquet and wedding guests.
