Eden Valley Manor: Directions From the South: NOTE: The State highway has created new exits for Pfefferkorn Rd / Burntwoods Rd off of Rt 32, it is a rather complicated route with a dizzying array of traffic circles. This exit is brand new and is not on any GPS systems or any internet mapping systems yet. Rt. 29 N (or I 95) Rt. 32 W go about 13 miles.  You will reach an area with heavy road construction. Take the exit for Burnt Woods Rd and Ten Oaks Rd. At the end of the ramp, take the circle exit to Burntwoods Rd and cross the bridge. At the next circle, make the first right towards Pfefferkorn Rd. At the next circle take the Pfefferkorn Rd exit (3/4 of the way around). Continue one mile and go straight through the next circle (stay on Pfefferkron Rd). You will begin to go downhill for quite a while. There is a small bridge at the bottom of the hill (if you look up to the left, you will be looking at the back of our house-the stream divides our property in two). Cross the bridge and turn left on the first driveway. We are the first house on the left. From the North: Take I 95 South to 695 West/South towards Towson (approx. 20 miles) Take exit 16 I 70 West (11 Miles) Rt. 32 South (exit 80) towards the Howard County Fairgrounds Turn Right at the second traffic light onto Rt 144 West Continue approximately 1 mile and make first left onto Pfefferkorn Rd. Go one mile. Watch for the yellow caution sign that says 'limited sight distance'. Make the first Right after the sign (just over the crest of the hill). There is a split rail fence just beyond our shared driveway. We are the first house on the left. If you get to the bottom of the hill at the little bridge, you have gone too far.
