Hello/ Hi/ Howdy

My name is Ed Foster (the one squinting in the sun*), this blog is intended to give people an idea about what it’s like being a part-time ranger in the Peak District National Park.  It’s a personal reflection, and will hopefully give people interested in training to be a ranger an idea about what’s involved.  It’s probably also marginally interesting to people interested in walking or the Peak District National Park.

(But don’t count on it)
