Eclectix Gallery was opened in 2006, in El Cerrito, California. At the time, the city needed an alternative art venue for the visual arts. Eclectix began curating exhibits on an ongoing basis, selecting the best of many styles. Since then, a multitude of other art venues have followed, creating a burgeoning art community.
