1. The world of wine has many options. $10 to $500.  Each has a place and a taste.  Understanding comes from all price ranges.  One can not fine a good $10 wine until trying a good $20 one.  With increased experience comes accented awareness.  Time and trials will prove this.
   

1. My primary goal with this site is to bridge the wine gap.  I want to show the connection between wine and life.  Pairing is a thought process extending well past simple wine and food.  Food is essential to our life and I hope to show that wine also should be.
   

1. This site will also serve as a launching point for other ventures.  At the moment, music will be a major part of this project.  Other opportunities have surfaced recently, and I hope they come to fruition through Decant and Rant.
