To run the Demolition Demon you will need a wheel-barrow type compressor capable of putting out at least  7 scfm at 125 psi. Hoses must be at least 3/8” inside diameter and as short as practicable. Water separator is always a good idea when using pneumatic tools.

You might as well run your compressor at maximum pressure to achieve maximum speed and power, not to exceed 150 psi at the tool. You loose approximately 5 psi for every 50 foot length of hose.
