Get It On is a social marketing campaign that was launched by the Alaskan AIDS Assistance Association (Four A’s) in March of 2008 with the purpose of de-stigmatizing the use of condoms and creating conversations about condoms and their HIV risk reduction benefits. Click on a poster and explore the world of condoms.
THE CONCEPT
One of the initial goals set forth with the campaign was to get people discussing and partaking-in condom use by stimulating the community with non-sexual based messages. By providing a vessel for creative thought that expressed a message that is global and personal at the same time, a dialogue is created that breaks barriers previously set by fear of discussion and a sense of vulgarity.
