Yup you shoulda hada otta gone on the 1st Annual Bman's Labor Day Run to
the Hill Country.
Mucha fun!

Oldman and myself, the Slash, met up with Bman, Bgirl, X, Runt, Shadow (who
turned around to go back home in Venus when little white threads appeared
on tire), and Sparky in Venus.  A brisk ride down to Llano in time for a
late lunch at Coopers.  Ahhhhhh the ribs, pork chop, sirloin, sausage etc.
was as good as ever and of course the ever loving Cobbler with Blue Bell
ice cream.

Luckenbach for a very cold beer and a visit to the brick was next.  Then
back roads to Kerrville and barely getting a room.  Bman didn't want to
call ahead for rooms - no problem.

There is a drought in Hill Country but in the Vroc tradition we allowed the
rain to come but of course only while we slept.

Oldman and myself came back today because of working on Bub in order.  We
last saw X and Bman heading west singing "we're going to the threes, we're
going to the threes".
Oldman and myself had a great ride home.  Try 1238 for good sweepers and
scenery.  Dinner Bell in Hamilton still has good fried chicken.  It was
cool enough to feel good on our tanning body parts.  Life is good!

Oldman wants to make detour to Bikers Dream on way home to check if mirrors
are in.  We stood out in the "poser" crowd.  They didn't have bug guts on
their shoes, arms and legs and face and of course on bike -  nanby manby
posers.

Showers are a very good thing.
