Visitors from Afar
My mom and dad have been visiting from Ohio since Wednesday evening. We’ve been running them all over this part of the state--from Colorado Springs to Lake George. Click here to see the photo album. We’ve taken them to the Focus on the Family picnic (where I won a year’s membership to the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center) and to Chick-Fil-A. We’re also (hopefully) giving them some time to rest and catch up on sleep. Tomorrow, we’ll go to church at First Pres and have dinner with Bob and Lois. Monday, Dad is trying to convince Mom that we need to go to Water World in Denver. He may talk her into it by promising to go to the Cheesecake Factory afterward.
