The i(Apple)TV
 
I am a happy owner of the Apple TV. It is not a television. It is a device that will play, to a TV, the music, photos and video residing on a computer . It plugs into your TV and uses your wireless (or wired network) to get the content from your personal computers.
 
The Apple TV then displays something similar to a DVD-Menu for the user to select what they wish to see and hear. The display is

One Showing a Week
 
The first response we get when we mention we are selling our house is, “Isn’t this the worst time of year to sell a house?” and “Isn’t the market too terrible to sell a house?”
 
So we have chosen to sell our house in the worst time of the worst market. Cool.
 
Luckily the St. Louis housing market never went coo-coo high, so it had a quick trip back to normal. The market here just ain’t that bad.

Clutter
 
Clutter is defined as “a collection of things lying about in an untidy mass” in MacOS X’s dictionary. It is a HOT topic when selling a house. Everybody has something to say about clutter. A piece of universal advice is to eliminate clutter. But clutter is such a subjective thing.

The Ice Storm
 
St. Louis was hit with ice, a lot of ice. It came fast and went fast. They say if you don’t like the weather in St. Louis, just wait 5 minutes. My in-laws, despite their busy wedding-planning time, volunteered to drive out and help more with house preparations. I think they wanted to make certain we did it all the “correct” way, as all parents do.
 
The ice came on the the planned day of travel.
