My experience includes helping adolescents and adults work through diverse issues including depression, trauma, substance abuse, exploration of sexuality, and life transitions (marriage, divorce, job transition, relocation). My training and experience provide me with a broad range of clinical skills; however, I believe that my expertise alone cannot do the job. I respect that you are the expert on your life and encourage you to be active and engaged in therapy.”

 

Approach to Therapy

I find it helpful to explore how connections and disconnections impact overall well-being to help bring you closer to your goals and the life you want to live.
