Troupe Mélangées is a fun and friendly multicultural tribal fusion belly dance troupe in Upland, CA.  We perform regularly at various events in Southern CA.  We have two fitness DVD’s - Cardio Tribal Belly Dance Volumes 1 and 2.  These video workouts will get your heart rate up while teaching you our fun belly dance combinations.   Troupe Mélangées is known for doing Tribal with a Smile.
